At NatureBound Athletics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Opened supplements, hygiene products, or customized items.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at porterhunsley4@gmail.com for a replacement at no cost.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable).
